Yes, not too restrictive.  We want everyone to express themselves freely.  However, that being said , full nudity is strictly prohibited, as well as the showing of private body parts.  If you are concerned about your outfit, it may be a better idea to find something else, or bring an alternative set of clothing just in case.  While our festival is 21+ there are numerous public areas that will have all ages present, and again nudity is not permitted. VIP guests who wish to board the USS Iowa may not

wear any clothing revealing body parts or that which would be offensive to the US Navy, Military or Government.

Will there be food?

Heck yeah, we're going to have a line up of the coolest and tastiest food trucks in the area available.

Both.  The festival , excluding tickets purchased at the gate, will accept both types of payments.  Please note, if you do not purchase your ticket in advance and wish to do so at the gate, you will need a valid credit or debit card.

What if it rains?

There will be no rain delays or refunds.  We will party rain or shine, but usually this time of year is very clear in Los Angeles.

Can I purchase tickets the day of the event?

Yes, but only if we have not sold out.  Prepayment is HIGHLY encouraged, as we expect a sell out crowd.
